A 50% deposit will be charged 30 days before arrival date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.

Discounts

Discounts apply from time to time, including 10% discount for stays of 3 nights and 15% for stays of 4 nights or more (excluding Christmas/New Year and Easter holiday periods). Contact us to enquire about availability of any discounts.

Sleeping for 10 guests

Ground floor

• 3 king bedrooms with ensuites and spa baths
• One of the 3 bedrooms has a walk-in shower in addition to the spa bath. The other 2 bedrooms have shower over spa bath.

First floor

• 1 king bedroom with walk-in robe
• 1 king bedroom with king size bed that can be made up as two king singles
• Bathroom with shower and toilet

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking at Artisan Spa Views, you accept these booking conditions. Bookings made via third-party booking agents may be subject to different rates, payment and cancellation terms – please refer to your third-party booking information.

Rates

Rates are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Our rates are based on a maximum of two guests (adults and/or children) per bed room. Infants up to 2 years of age are free and not included in the maximum number of guests. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies. Our standard rates and minimum stay period are increased during Christmas/New Year and Easter holiday periods.

Check in and check out

• Check-in time is midday (12pm).
• A code to obtain house keys from the lock-box will be provided on arrival.
• Check-out time is midday (12pm).

Confirmation and Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the total accommodation charge) and is due 30 days before scheduled arrival date. Payment is by credit card or bank transfer. The balance is required 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, by credit card or bank transfer. Payments by credit card attract 2.2% bank fee surcharge. To avoid bank fees, contact us (after submitting your booking form) to obtain bank transfer details.

Damage Deposit

We require a damage deposit of $500, payable by credit card upon arrival. Assuming no damage, the deposit will be refunded in full immediately after your departure.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days before check-in, you will forfeit the deposit. No refund is payable if cancelled within 13 days of check-in.
• Refund of any fees due to cancellations within 30 days of check-in are subject to Artisan Spa Views re-letting the property (some conditions apply, including re-letting for similar guest numbers and duration).

Parties, Noise and Conduct

• Age restriction: The Guest making the booking must be at least 21 years of age. We require photo ID (e.g. drivers license) on check-in and valid credit card imprint.
• The total number of registered guests and non-registered guests (visitors) cannot exceed 10 people, unless approved by management in writing. Service personnel entering the premises for short periods are exempt such as deliveries, catering, and photographers.
• Only the guests registered to stay are allowed on the premises after 7pm.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm and before 7am.
• No events or parties allowed, including hens and bucks parties.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking inside the premises. Smoking is only permitted in the garden area, at least 5 metres from any entrance.
• Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of booking fee.

Cleaning and Damage

• On departure it is expected that the property be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival save for normal cleaning. Please ensure that food is removed from the fridge, dishes are put in the dishwasher or washed and put away, and furniture is returned to its original location. Failure to complete these tasks may result in additional cleaning charges which will be drawn from the Damage Deposit.
• A penalty of at least $250.00 will be charged if (i) the residence and grounds have not been left in a reasonable state of cleanliness upon departure, or (ii) the terms of this agreement have been breached.
• Any damage caused to Artisan Spa Views property or fittings during the stay by the person(s) registered or their guests is the financial responsibility of the person(s) registered.
• In the event of damage to the property, fittings or equipment, costs will be applied to the Damage Deposit. Artisan Spa Views reserves the right to charge additional costs for damage not covered by the Damage Deposit.
• Artisan Spa Views does not accept responsibility for the damage and safe keeping of any goods or personal property brought onto the premises by guests before, during or after the stay.

Additional Policies

• Infants 0-2 years of age are not counted in the total number of 10 guests. Cots and other infant accessories are not provided.
• The house has internal and external stairs and is unfenced. Children and infants must be supervised at all times.
